We really enjoyed the location, Princeville is a great place to stay. The place was clean and had all we needed to have a comfortable stay. When we go back to Kauai next year, we will definitely try to get the same place.

Awesome place to stay. Bob is very communicative and we had a great ten days!

I enjoyed our stay, but we only stayed for 2 nights. As a result, the added fees, taxes, and service charges nearly doubled the nightly rate from what was listed. I know this isn't the owner's fault, but I do suggest a longer stay.

Very good price/quality ratio as for the location. All amenities as described. Princeville is actually a private village. We travelled around the island and as I thought stay on this side of the island is incomparable - nothing can compare to Hanalei Bay Beach on proximity. It's just a few miles there from the condo. Visit nearby Princeville resorts beaches too. Some commenters complain on lack of air conditioning but once you turn on the fan and open lanai door it's fine. We personally don't enjoy air conditioning if it's not necessary.Would stay again. Have a great time!
