Welcome to paradise! Enjoy your gorgeous 2bd 2ba, upstairs 2nd floor Kauai condo, in an extremely low density sub-division of Princeville. Very quiet and semi-secluded. Backs up to Makai golf course, with a short hike to nearby Sea Lodge beach and Wylee's beach.
Fully stocked kitchen, pots and pans, silver wear, knives, toaster, cooking oil & salt/pepper ~ Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, snorkel, ice chest, boogie board ~ board games for the kids.
The Kamahana's is a 30 unit, 50% owner occupied sub-division located on the north side of Kauai, in Princeville. Princeville is one of the most exclusive areas in ALL of Hawaii, and an extremely sought out vacation destination. Just 3 miles from the nearby quaint town of Hanalei, you will fall in love with the shopping and the authentic island eats!
When comparing condos, one should research DENSITY (some have hundreds of units, plus A & B side "lock-outs".. And (if possible) also research OWNER OCCUPANCY rates. There IS a difference in these two very important factors, and location really is everything!
The Kamahana's are an "off the main road" sub-division, and is well known by people in the know (islanders). See the areal photos of 3800 Kamehameha Rd.
Note; Like most places on Kauai, there is NO CENTRAL AC, however we do have portable AC units in the bedrooms. Mahalo!

Wonderful rental in Princeville near some great local spots. This condo is nearby a market and restaurants. The beaches nearby are not walkable, I would recommend driving north or south depending on if you're looking for swimming or surfing.Condo was very clean and kitchen is well stocked.

The place was neat and clean upon arrival. The only area that needs some improvement are the washing machine and the owner has been informed! We did not use pool. The beds are comfortable, the living space was perfectly adequate. My child slept on the couch one night and preferred it! We enjoyed the snorkeling, towels and beach chairs. The boogie boards were not the highest quality but fun nonetheless! It was a convenient location, quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again!
