About this apartment rental
Beautifully updated (Summer 2021) one bedroom one bathroom condo. New floors, paint, shower, counter tops, ceiling fans. New solid wood bedroom set. Modern, clean, with all the comforts of home. It has a (California) king bed and a queen air mattress so it can sleep up to 4. Designated parking stall. Beach gear including beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, boogie boards included.

All went smoothly and it was a lovely property.

Second stay at this property. Obviously, we liked it or we wouldn't have booked it a second time. Two years between stays so two years of wear (don't get me wrong, it is a nice place), well located and the host is super.

The property was pretty much as advertised.
The biggest positives were the abundant gear for the beach and great communication with the owner. The unit is also large.
The biggest negatives were lots of Street noise (being on an active intersection). Also, the screen door was hard to use, and the kitchen window was missing a screen.
Smaller notes... no place to hang towels in bathroom.
