About this house rental
The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to present this charming house in Saint-Philibert, with a floor area of 190 m² and accommodation for up to 12 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, seven beautiful bedrooms, six bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 7,000 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with TV and fireplace (firewood not provided)
- A bedroom with two single beds pushed together to form a king-size bed (180x200) + en-suite shower room.
- A bedroom with two single beds pushed together to form a king-size bed (180x200) + en-suite bathroom with shower and bath
- A separate toilet
Level -1:
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher…
- One bedroom: two single beds pushed together to form a king-size bed (180x200), adjoining a bedroom with a bunk bed
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
- A pantry/laundry room
Level +1
- A bedroom with two single beds pushed together to form a king-size bed (180x200) + en-suite bathroom with shower and bath.
- A bedroom with two single beds pushed together to form a king-size bed (180x200) + en-suite bathroom with shower.
- A separate toilet
In an adjoining outbuilding, separate from the main house:

The house is ideally situated in Saint-Philibert, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park, which can accommodate up to 6 cars

- Nearest railway station: Auray station, 15 km away (20 mins by car)

Was a really nice house in a great location. Had to find the fuse to turn off the extractor fan in master bedroom as it was too noisy.
