About this house rental
New double house on 2 levels, area 210 m2, terrace of 65 m2, land of 876 m2 partly enclosed.

With east / west exposure, the house is bathed in light all day long.
Located 150 m from the river Crac'h (no possibility of swimming), 1.2 km from the port of la Trinité sur mer and its sailing school, 1.6 km from the first beach.
In high season, from July 14 to August 31, a free bus (trinibus) passes every fifty minutes to 100 m from the house and serves 16 destinations (port / city center, sailing school, beaches etc ..)
A complete file is in the house or are listed and updated all the information related to the house (important addresses (doctor, pharmacy ...), markets, recreation and services in the region).

The House :
On the ground floor: dining room of 40 m2 with American kitchen, large living room of 40 m2 with office / music corner, a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom (large Italian shower) and a toilet with separate washbasin, a laundry room, a second bathroom (large Italian shower) and a second separate toilet with sink.
Upstairs: 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bath and double washbasin, 2 separate toilets with washbasin.
