By choosing to stay at Villa BB1 not only will you have a 3 Bedroom Beautiful Waterfront Villa in February Point Resort with access to all their amenities. In addition you will have access to your own private boat at your own pier. You can now come and go as you please on your own schedule! No charge for the boat whatsoever and the house is priced less expensively than a property through the resort itself. It really is free!
Even if the weather is very windy the boat will allow you to find a beach somewhere that will not be affected. I can personally attest to that benefit by utilizing it in that capacity this August for a couple of days when the weather wasn't fully cooperative.
No more need for a Water-Taxi and having to wait on their schedule. Explore Exuma at your own pace. Want to head to Stalking Island? Enjoy a meal at Chat-N-Chill restaurant and laze around the amazing water all on your schedule. Enjoy the large boat cooler and enjoy ice-cold beverages on your schedule throughout the magical Exumas.
For a unique experience take the boat into Georgetown and tie up at the pier. You can provision groceries right at Exuma Market the largest grocery store in Exuma or simply get a coffee from one of the quaint restaurants in town. This makes for a vacation that no one else can provide.

The boat is a Boston Whaler 170 Super Sport. It comes with a Bimini Top for sun protection and a Chartplotter to make navigating Exuma that much easier. In addition there is a portable VHF as well as Wireless Bluetooth Speaker to make your time on the water unforgettable.
Villa BB1 is located in February Point Resort. This stunning waterfront property is situated in an exceptionally beautiful gated community. The Resort Estate spans 80 acres overlooking Elizabeth Harbour with its many coves, cays and secluded beaches. This friendly community features concierge-style service, marina, infinity edge pool, tennis courts, fitness-centre and Gourmet Bistro Restaurant & Bar. The brand new Beach Club has just been completed and offers an infinity pool as well as a beautiful brand new spa.
This newly renovated villa features its own boat dock and gazebo overlooking the marina, Elizabeth Harbour and Crab Cay.
The ground floor comprises the entrance hall, living, kitchen and dining areas, laundry, half-bath and owner’s closet and has natural stone tiling throughout. The first floor comprises two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and full balcony both with views of the water. The second-floor loft comprises the Master Suite with lounge area and balcony.

Everything about this villa was as advertised. We stayed for a week with our two kids under 8 yrs old. They loved the turtles who hang out by the boat dock. The pool/hot tub/restaurant/beach is 100 yds away. Having a boat for the week is an absolute game changer. Makes numerous beaches, bars, and snorkeling trips just minutes away. Groceries and restaurants in Georgetown are a few minute boat ride away. The villa comes with everything you need: beach toys, beach games, floaties, life vests, snorkel masks and fins, etc.If you have small kids the only item you might want to bring are some games/toys for the house (it has a few board games). Amazing house and trip. We can’t wait to go back.

This place was as advertised. Rooms, beds, ammenities were fine. I did have a few issues, Property manager was a little slow to respond One issue was the day we wanted to take out the boat, it died and we had to call the owner to come fix,so no boating as planned that day...the next day, the boat was supposed to be fixed and it wasn't so we had to rent a boat at Minns which cost me about 400 extra...but if I wanted to go boating as planned that is what I had to do. The boat was brought to us that afternoon but I had already rented a boat. We did use it the next 2 days and it was great. Feb Point restaurant and bar was closed due to off season so that was disappointing but understandable. One of the more frustrating things was the TV and internet. We kept losing connection with the internet which cut off the TV. I had to reset the modem and TV box several times a day...including having to find the network number and re enter into the TV along with the password several times. Dish TV only worked 2 days then stopped. Never could get the master tv to work. The rain had us staying indoor 2 days so, for us, it was a big inconvenience. We did have a young man come to the door and said he needed to come in to check for bees. Being in a country where we didn't know anyone and didn't have a heads up about it, I didn't let him in. I emailed the owner and he said the man was legit looking for bees. Turned out, we did have bees! It wasn't bad, only a few dead ones
