This home was clean and comfortable, and well stocked. It was conveniently located to access both neighborhood pools easily, as well as the rusty anchor. As a bonus, we saw multiple sea turtles daily from our dock. That was such a lovely surprise. Be sure to bring or rent beach chairs, though someone had left 2 small ones and am umbrella behind for others to use. We rented from Sunsplash and that worked out perfectly. The property manager Sascha was quick to respond via whatsapp when we had water issues, and the plumber was there promptly. Overall we had an amazing 8 days in paradise.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Exuma! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling peaceful and private. The dock was a huge bonus, making it easy to enjoy the water and explore the area. The home was exceptionally clean, bright, and cheerful, and it was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining the property. It was also one of the best-stocked rentals we've stayed in, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. If you're looking for a beautiful, well-equipped villa in a prime Exuma location, this is it. We would definitely stay here again and are already looking forward to our next visit!
