Beautiful farmhouse with large garden, private wood and pine forest that leads to the dunes of the beautiful natural beach and the sea.
Casale il Troncolo is a beautiful farmhouse with the typical architecture of Tuscan farm buildings, built in the mid-1800s.
The farmhouse with its garden is located within the extraordinary scenery of the Migliarino private natural park, property of the Salviati family since 1500.
The house, formerly used as the residence of the warden, was renovated in 2007 respecting the tradition and maintaining the original architectural elements.
Guests seeking peace and tranquility, will be welcomed in a green oasis in the middle of one of the best preserved pine woods of the Tuscan coast.
The rooms are furnished with an elegant simplicity of countryside, are large and arranged on two floors with two bedrooms with bathrooms on the upper floors and living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and direct access to the garden.
A few steps from the house a private gate, strictly for guests of Troncolo, gives access to the forest, nature reserve, part of the Regional Park of Migliarino, San Rossore and Massaciuccoli.
Crossing the entrance you will see long avenues and paths that intertwine in the midst of domestic pines, holm oaks, bald cypresses and oaks on a surface of 2000 hectares. You may come across deer, wild boar and other wild animals that live there in complete freedom.
Just 4 km driving, beautiful even for cycling, you reach the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Vecchiano, next to wood and always part of the Natural Park.
Here you can choose whether to take advantage of the bathrooms equipped with deck chairs, bars and convenient services, or enjoy the unspoilt nature of miles of free beach that extends to Torre del Lago and then Viareggio.
Important historical Tuscan cities are in the immediate vicinity: Pisa at 7km, Lucca at 13km, Florence at 80km, Forte dei Marmi at 20km, Torre del Lago at 10km (with its renowned Puccini festival).
Arranged on two floors with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor and a large kitchen with fireplace and large living room with sofa bed and bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The beds are 4 + 1.
Guests are provided towels and sheets and the kitchen is equipped with everything for daily use.
In the apartment are available: dishwasher, washing machine, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, electric oven, gas stove, refrigerator, gas boiler, whose consumption is excluded.

Very beautiful, private, clean and well equipped house. The beach and the city of Pise are within striking distance – a 15-minute drive away. Host Silvia is very friendly and always available for questions and help.

Really Nice villa with all necesities and fantastic surroundings. The hostess Silvia was wery helpfull and provided us with all the information we needed. Nice beach 4 km away with good parkingareas. At night expect some noise from trains nearby.

My wife and I traveled with our two children, respectively 17 & 21 years old, as well as our Jack Russel, 1 year old, by car to Pisa. Along the way we had a few overnight stays in hotels down through Europe, so Troncolo was the perfect place to relax for a week after the drive. Troncolo is at a perfect distance from everything, so both the beach and many of Tuscany's beautiful towns were visited extensively during the week we stayed in Troncolo. In addition, Troncolo has access to private a forest, so the morning walk with our Jack Russel was completely idyllic. Silvia was absolutely fantastic to welcome us upon arrival and she quickly made us feel at home ☺️
