Comfortable and pleasant

Everything is very good. The staff is very kind, the bungalo is nice and well equiped, there are pizzeria, mini market, bike rental, bar, swimming pool, outdoor gym, events at night (at least during summer high season). I will definitely be back.

Not really a problem, but if you want to enjoy the nice beach nearby you must rely on bikes, car or bus, as the place is not really close to the beach or train stations. Anyway, this was not a problem to us and it was very fun to ride bike all around.

Pleasant

The "bungalow" was newly renovated and clean. The small shop at the area was VERY good with excellent meats and cheeses and particularly extremely good service!

- parking our mc next to the "bungalow" required a lot of discussion - was expensive, and everything needed to be paid for (linen, towels) - the worst was the noisy party that lasted until midnight - the place looked shaggy in general - pool was small and crowded

Nice and modest camping

It had all you needed. All was modest, but definitely good enough and prices were modest as well. Camping itself looked nice and friendly.

The swimming pool was small and felt a bit old which made it less welcoming. The paint on the side of the pool came off and was hard to get off your skin. We stayed in the 2 person bungalow, and you could hear your neighbours doing everything one does while on a holiday.

Lovely Camping near the sea

The location of the Camping is very good. One is very quickly at the beach with bikes. And you can rent bikes from the Camping itself. We loved our Mini-Bungalow, and had almost everything we needed there... you can rent towels and theres a Mini market on the grounds, you get pans and stuff, to prepare meals in the bungalow kitchen... it was really nice. With bikes you can go to the near village or shop in Torre del Lago Puccini itself, and with a car you are close to some lovely cities as Lucca or Pisa.

The shower in our Mini-Bungalow was very bad. So we went for showers in the Camping public showers which was more than perfectly fine. And what we didn't now, is that you have to bring your own bedsheets for the Bungalow, that was a bit annoying.

Exceptional

We really enjoyed our Tent. Everybody has a nice area infront of it, so it does not feel crowded at all. Another plus is the own bathroom, which every tent has. Really nice restaurants close to the campsite.

The beach is a bit of a walk, but you could rent some scooters.

A nice campsite (we stayed in a chalet.) The location is good for the beach.

All the staff were lovely and friendly - at the reception, in the onsite restaurant and the shop -the lady at the pool was very helpful and extremely attentive.

The man at the pool, who stood-in for the lady when she wasn't there was a waste of space. He basically chain-smoked and chatted to his mates.

Very helpful staff!

Staff extremely helpful! They let us check in earlier than expected, gave us information about the neighbourhood, let us rent bikes (even changed our bikes after the first day because one had a little problem) for more days than our stay. And the place is super quiet - great relaxing time!

Non abbiamo potuto vivere l' esperienza della Glamping Tent, perché a causa dell' umidità dei giorni precedenti le zanzare erano troppe. Lo staff della reception è stato gentile e disponibile nell' accogliere la nostra richiesta di essere spostati in altra sistemazione, e senza costi aggiuntivi ci ha sistemati in una confortevole e piacevole mobil home (senza zanzare:) ) Grazie!

Bello ma migliorabile

È anni che la frequento e continuerò a farlo. È una struttura che però meriterebbe un restyling. Per quanto riguarda i servizi. Un punto in più al Ristorante che finalmente ha trovato la retta via. Gentilezza, competenza e mangiar bene.

Il campeggio ha bisogno di un’area attrezzata per i bambini con magari qualcuno che si alterni ai genitori per l’arco della giornata. Altrimenti se capiti nella via con genitore e prole diventa invivibile

Abbiamo soggiornato solo 3 notti in questo campeggio e in teoria sarebbe anche andata bene se non fosse stato per un piccolo episodio successo al check out, purtroppo la mia compagna aveva avuto un imprevisto (che capita a tutte le donne...) e quindi avevamo avuto un ritardo di 20 minuti per il check out, addirittura con l'auto parlante c'era la voce che diceva che il check out era entro le 10! Così ci hanno messo l'ansia di prepararci di fretta e furia per lasciare l'alloggio! Una volta andati via mi sono fermato per mandare un whatsapp alla struttura porgendo le mie scuse per il ritardo ma senza ricevere nessuna risposta! Questo purtroppo mi ha confermato che per certe strutture i clienti sono solo numeri... Se ci sarà una prossima volta spero che andrà meglio! Come del resto e stato prima del check out.

We only stayed three nights at this campsite, and in theory it would have been fine if it hadn't been for a small incident that occurred at checkout. Unfortunately, my partner had an unexpected issue (which happens to all women...) and so we were 20 minutes late for checkout. The talking car even had a voice saying checkout was by 10:00! So they made us anxious and rushed to get ready to leave! Once we were out, I stopped to send a WhatsApp to the property to apologize for the delay, but I didn't receive a response! This unfortunately confirmed to me that for some properties, guests are just numbers... If there's a next time, I hope it goes better! Just like it was before checkout.
