About this house rental
Located 1 km from the sea, Les Jardins du Château d'Olonne are located in a wooded area on the Atlantic coast, near Sables d'Olonne (Vendée, Pays de la Loire).
The holiday home of around 100 m2 is located in a small estate of 12 similar houses in a tree-lined and secure park at Château d'Olonne, in the highly sought-after La Pironnière district, and close to the sea.
The villa has a lovely garden and a private heated pool. The whole constitutes a space of peace and serenity ideal for a successful holiday, both for adults and for children.
Facing south and with a view of the swimming pool and the garden, the main room of some 45 m2 is richly furnished and decorated.
The living room has two leather sofas, the dining area can accommodate 8 guests very comfortably.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, filter coffee makers and Nespresso); in this inhabited house you will find everything you will need and more.
The house has 4 bedrooms with storage and 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor :
-1 bedroom with 1 electrically adjustable 160 x 200 double bed with memory foam mattress .
- 1 bedroom / office with 1 bed 80 x 190 + 1 additional mattress (90 x 200).
- 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- 1 separate toilet with washbasin
Upstairs :
- 2 bedrooms upstairs with double bed 140 x 200
- 1 possible additional mattress on mezzanine (90 x 200).
-1 bathroom with shower and WC.
Outside, on the large terrace between the house and the swimming pool, you can take your meals in the sun or in the shade of a large electric blind according to your preferences, and sunbathe in comfortable deckchairs.
The filtered and heated swimming pool will allow you to relax and your children to play before or after the beach.

Kids loved the pool.
House had most of what we needed.
Was very hot during our stay. No air conditioning but for most times of the year, that wouldn’t be a problem:
Host was really friendly.
Definitely recommend.
