Easy access to 605 and 5 freeway, ideal for travelers who want a quieter place to stay but still in close proximity to all major attractions in LA & Orange County. (Disneyland/Knotts Berry Farm 15 miles, Seal Beach 20 miles, Downtown LA/Chinatown/Koreatown 10 miles, Hollywood/Universal Studios 18 miles, Beverly Hills 22 miles, Dodger Stadium 13 miles, LAX Airport 25 miles).

From major retailers to businesses that have been here for several years, it’s for certain you will find what you are looking for right here in Pico Rivera. If shopping has got you hungry, the City boasts a wide range of restaurants with different types of cuisine, from fast food to table service, your appetite will surely be satisfied. If you need a moment to relax or want to take part in a class offered by the City, stop by one of our newly renovated parks. The City maintains over 120 developed acres of park space with everything from playgrounds to an Olympic size pool. There’s so much more to find and explore in Pico Rivera, from a 9-hole executive golf course to a Sports Arena hosting year round entertainment, no matter what your interests are, you are bound to find them here in Pico Rivera.
GETTING AROUND:
Traveling with a car is not necessary. Many of my guests use UBER or LYFT or public transit bus and Metro which is only a short 5 minute walking distance. There are many variety of restaurants (American, Mexican, Chinese, Thai, A 5-star steakhouse, Pizza, Subway), supermarkets and grocery stores, liquor stores, 99 cents stores, all within 5-10 minute walking distance. Beautiful Smith Park with a huge kids playground is just 1 mile away. Super convenient location!
