Lobby carpet had food on it. The staff frequently did not have answers for our inquiries (check out time!, etc). Staff did not ask a customer to stop their dog from whining or barking for 3 straight nights!!!!

Room was very spacious. Bed was comfortable enough. Staff was nice to assist me with late night check-in.

Water pressure in the shower is too low. Fridge sound was too loud. Slightly moldy smell in the room.

The location is convenient, all the rooms are spacious and it looked like it was going to be really nice.

It severely lacks attention to detail and does not appear that it is properly managed. Upon arrival, I was placed in a room with a loud sand gun being used in the hallway that went on till 8pm. Upon entering my room, I took off my shoes and stepped out of the foyer onto the carpet. My socks got soaked as the carpet was wet all around the coffee machine. I headed to the restaurant to get away from the loud noise and they were out of 2 of 3 red wines as well as several beers and spirits.

Staff was really nice and housekeeping was on top of it. Room was also quite spacious and everything was tidy. Really appreciate the free parking, and for the price, this hotel is definitely worth staying at.

Soundproofing isn't the best -- you can easily hear people in the hallways, doors slamming from people leaving their rooms, etc.

It was very clean and the staff was friendly. I really liked the little food store with fresh food options.

Disgusting patio furniture

I love the hotel and have been coming since 2016 each year at the same time. This year, I noticed a difference than in the past years.

All of the patio furniture was dirty and not well kept like in their photos. In all areas, the patio furniture was really dirty, but it is a decent place it would be better if you could enjoy the outdoor areas. $500 is a lot of money to not fully enjoy the hotel.

Location great. Staff at check in was excellent. Room was clean and roomy. Could use more seating maybe a love seat instead of a single chair.

The pool was extremely crowded, and it wasn't because of the hotel guests. Some guests had invited their families, which completely took over the pool area, making it impossible for us to enjoy ourselves or relax. It felt very rude of those guests. Additionally, the staff should have addressed the situation, as it was loud enough for everyone to hear.

The room was nice and very clean! Cleaning staff is on point except for the dog smell. I’m totally in support of dog friendly facilities but would have appreciated being asked if I minded staying in a room that has hosted pets. We were in room 130 which was very clean but the smell of dog was terrible!!! I didn’t make a big deal because we literally only slept there for a few hours. Otherwise I would have asked to be moved. Pet friendly rooms should only be offered to those with pets or otherwise ask guests if they mind staying in a room that has hosted pets. If nothing else for the allergies 🤧 aspect of it. I was super itchy all night and the smell was pretty pungent. Again, I didn’t make a big deal because it was only for a few hours and the room was clean.

Perfect stay for a few nights in LA

The hotel has a large lobby where the very friendly staff welcomes every guest. It also has a dining/breakfast area and an outside terrace as well as other amenities like a gym and pool. We loved the size of the room, the bed was very comfortable.

Everything was fine! It takes about an hour to get to downtown LA and other sightseeing attractions due to the location of the hotel.
