Cozy home in East Los Angeles and a 10-15 min drive to downtown Los Angeles. Has a back yard with a lemon tree. Great view out front , you can see the famous tree from the movie Blood in Blood out. Please note, parking can be difficult to find usually after 6-7 pm as there is no assigned parking. If traveling with children and need to rent a clean and reliable equipment, feel free to use this link! That way you don’t need to travel with bulky items :)

Overall, communication with the owner was very good, apart from day of arrival when we hadn't heard how to enter the accommodation until after we had been sitting there for a little while. We were a little nervous with this as weren't sure we were getting in that night. Got the code for the lock box so all was good. Accommodation: Bedroom - spacious/hanging space had broken shelves/ broken plug socket/no curtains and overlooked at back/no storage and thin curtains in front bedroom. Washer dryer worked well and detergent available. Kitchen - Fridge clean/cooker OK/pans 2 old and dirty/washing up liquid and paper towels available. Sitting area - Didn't realise it was pet friendly (my fault) and daughter is allergic to dogs and ended up with a rash on legs. TV hanging off the wall and frightened to touch it. Wifi worked OK. Paintwork - old/scuffed/dirty walls and skirting (just needs a lick of paint) Fireworks going off which set all the car alarms off. Daughters got wolf whistled in the street and felt a little uneasy. We left after 2 of our 4 nights - just wasn't for us, we couldn't settle.

I really loved the view, security, and the service of the property owner and his house I would highly recommend. I couldn’t ask for nothing better thank on half of me and my fiance for letting us have her birthday party at your house.

This property is very basic. Overall was clean however in need of lots of repairs …(open holes in the wall, no covers on electrical outlets, outlets not working, rust on the bath tubs etc). Also says it include air conditioning however is window mounted AC which draws air in from outside so windows are slightly open at all times, it did work though to cool the house down. The house is located in a very congested community with only street parking. We managed to find parking but it was very very difficult and not always near our place. If you are looking to go to attractions in west LA it’ll be quite a drive with traffic however it isn’t to bad of a drive to go to Disneyland. Kevin was very responsive and overall it worked for our 4 night stay.

Perfect for our family! Driving in L.A. is time consuming everywhere you go but this place was in the middle of everywhere! Only thing is parking, what a pain not to have a designated parking space! Kevin answered our questions rapidly and was a very good host!

When looking for an accomodation in LA I wanted to book something very central. This house is meeting this requirement perfectly. All activities (Downtown, Hollywood, Disneyland, Universal Studios) I planned during my stay were reachable in less than 40 minutes even in the morning during rush hour. The house itself is very good equipped with everything needed for a convenient stay and Kevin is a very friendly and supportive host. I know there are critical comments about the parking situation around the house but I can tell based on my experiences that it was always possible to find a parking spot in an acceptable distance from the house. Overall a great experience and I would like to book the house again if planning to stay in LA again.

An amazing rental especially for the cost. Kevin was an amazing and attentive host, a great location that's right in the middle of everything. Please check out a local Cafe called Zenaieas in the neighborhood.

Everything was really good, the apartment is so beautiful and is really close to the center of the city. Kevin, the host, is so kind and always try to give you a solution you any problem, he always answer to your doubts in a few minutes. I totally recommend this apartment 😃

We arrived at the property and there was ZERO parking anywhere near the house. Could not even get close enough to get down and see the house. The owner's suggestion was to park a few streets away, or on a red zone or in front of a fire hydrant. I told him we did not feel safe and could not stay, he refused to work out a refund. We had to leave to find a hotel last minute.

Kevin is the best Vrbo host you could ask for. He is so responsive and so welcoming. The place was lovely and had everything you could need. We will definitely be back to LA and want to stay here again. We highly recommend it. We brought our two dogs- the backyard was really perfect for them and the neighborhood/home is very dog friendly. I can’t recommend Kevin enough and his property. 100/10 stars.
