Relax around the gas fireplace! Or cool off with awesome AC! Large dining room table with 8 chairs and room for more. Step outside on to the spacious balcony and relax. Comfortable seating for all. Enjoy the quiet, shaded, amazing views of Green Valley and the red cliffs of Iven’s.
Large sectional with 3 electric recliners. 5 recliners. The family room has a large flat screen TV, with 135 cable channels, Fast Fiber wifi.
The kitchen has a gas stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator with ice and water. SUPER QUIET Dishwasher. Natural gas BBQ, Washer and Dryer. The unit has a Water softener, iron, and ironing board.
The cabinets are stocked with all dishes, glasses, utensils, new non-stick cookware, electric griddle, coffee maker, waffle iron, Crepe maker, Crock Pot, Wok, hot chocolate maker, blender, toaster, mixer, cookie sheets, glass bowls., beaters and just about everything you would possibly need ! Salt, pepper, assorted seasoning blends... sugar, and it's new and fresh ! we check !
We supply plenty of laundry soap and dryer sheets for the washer and dryer. The Unit has a water softener and ironing board.
dishwasher tablets, dish towels, wash towels, dish soap, scrubbing pads & brushes. Plenty of paper towels! and trash bags. life jackets, small cooler, backpacks. Also highchair & booster seat, for the kids!

Master suite has a comfortable king-size bed, 2-night stands with clocks with USB chargers. large flat screen TV. with 135 channels, a ceiling fan with remote control, a six-drawer dresser, a large wing chair with a reading lamp, a huge walk-in closet has Portable crib. Extra blankets and pillows. Folding heavy duty wagon to haul your food & drink from your car or carry small kids and towels & toys to the pool. Also lots of games for all ages! pool toys, etc. Master bath with soaker tub and hand-held shower. The master also walks out to the balcony!

Bed #2 has 2 NEW Queen size beds, with all new Serta perfect sleeper mattresses and new linens throughout, ceiling fan with remote control with large flat screen TV, with 135 channels, clocks with USB chargers built in, and a closet.

The waterfall pool and Family Pool and hot tubs are a short walk across the street . Playgrounds for children are close by.

Also included in your stay is a pass for 12 to access the accommodations at the Las Palmas resort located right next door. Additional friends, family, or guests are an additional $5 each per day. Outdoor amenities include children's pool, large swimming pool, and water slide pool. Splash pad ,INDOOR POOL, and 2 hot tubs. Basketball, pickleball, . Work out room. And family barbecue and picnic area.

Everything was so clean and the condo is gorgeous with the most beautiful view of Green Valley. The host had lots of fun stuff to keep everyone busy and happy and they really went above and beyond to accommodate my family. There are several pools and amenities and it’s moments away from close to 10 golf courses. Lodgings always a stressful part of travel and that was really eliminated before we even arrived. We will definitely be staying again if we’re in St. George and I would recommend anyone else going to the area get it booked.

Spent the week here with my teenagers and had so much space to spread out and not be tripping over each other. My partner spent the morning hours out on the deck soaking up the incredible view.This condo had everything we needed plus more! My daughter especially loved the bikes and would go for a ride each evening. I will definitely try to book this property again!

4 young adults who were running the St George Marathon and my husband and I stayed at this lovely condo for 3 nights. It could not have been better. The 3 bedrooms are laid out very well. It was sparkling clean. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the porch is gorgeous. We took advantage of the pools and used the grill at the condo. Everything is in perfect working condition. I would love to come back and would highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting the St. George area.

I stayed here with three of my sisters to celebrate a sister’s milestone birthday. The condo was very clean and super comfortable, a perfect place for us to hang out when we weren’t exploring the area. The view to the west is wonderful.

We stayed at this rental on Labor Day weekend. The place is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. The master bed was a little too tall for me to get into but other than that the view is beautiful in the bedroom, kitchen and porch. Lots of access to different pools which we took advantage of. We did not use the bikes or scooters. We mostly parked by the garage since the fews spots got taken quickly. We loved everything about it and definitely recommend it! Host was very responsive with any questions we had.

We have been coming to Las Palmas annually for 10+ years. This is the nicest condo we've stayed in. Well updated and gorgeous views! The only real complaint we had was the main bedroom bed was really stiff, which made us feel a little achy in the morning. That's probably a matter of personal preference, but it's something to keep in mind if that's important to you. The other bedrooms had softer beds.

This is a beautiful condo and very comfortable! The views from this 2nd floor corner condo are gorgeous. The granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms are clean and beautiful. Everything felt clean and roomy. There are three rooms with plenty of beds that are also nice. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. The living room has five leather reclining seats, two recliners in the sectional and two free standing recliners. We had a family of six stay and we all had plenty of room for movies and relaxing and sleeping. The table for eight was also very nice and sat in the perfect spot to enjoy the view. The deck was also roomy and nice. The resort offerings with plenty of pools, an exercise room, water slide, basketball and pickle ball courts, a volleyball net (equipment for everything available to borrow at the check in desk) made for plenty to do at a relaxing vacation pace. Best condo we’ve ever stayed in!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at this very clean and nice condo with an amazing view of the mountains. This owner was very easy to work with, left easy to understand instructions, and little extras we haven't had other places. Laundry soap, hand soap, toilet tissue and paper towels-the little things you don't want to/can't pack and don't want to buy. The unit was very well furnished to be able to cook in some meals. It was also very clean, smelled fresh and had new towels and bedding. Couldn't have been more pleased and would definitely stay here again!

This is my third time staying in this condo. Greg is always great to deal with, is quick to respond, and easily resolves questions. This condo is exactly as described and is always very clean. It has great views, the furniture and bedding are comfortable, and has everything you need. The complex is awesome with many great amenities. Location is close to everything. I highly recommend this condo and can give it 5 stars again!
