2025: NOW INCLUDING LINEN PACKAGE WITH RENTAL!

New Remodel: All new kitchen with granite. All new living room furniture and new 55" 4k tv. New vanity with granite. Updated led lighting in bathrooms and kitchen.

It doesn't get much more convenient than this. Directly across the street from the Sand Fiddler public beach access. 2nd. floor corner unit has amazing ocean views. Sit out on the deck and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze while trying some great local food. The condo sleeps 4, queen bed in the bedroom and a queen pull out sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, pots and pans. FULLY REMODELED KITCHEN. BRAND NEW DISHWASHER, OVEN, MICROWAVE, SINK, GRANITE...... Longer stays are hassle free with a washer and dryer to take care of any laundry needs.
We only allow small to medium sized dogs if preapproved.
**DO NOT USE INSTANT BOOKING IF YOU HAVE A DOG (SORRY, NO CATS). ALL PET REQUESTS MUST BE APPROVED BY OWNER.**

Wonderful location and responsive host. Check-in and check-out were smooth and directions for both were clear. We loved being able to watch the beach while eating breakfast on the deck. Overall the property was very clean and cared for and just enough space for 3 adults and a medium dog for a short trip to the coast.

Loved our stay, would definitely stay here again! It really has great ocean views for a second row and the walk to the beach was amazing- beach access directly across the street, takes 2 min to be on the beach. Check in was easy. Love!
