Everything was great. Good communication. Easy to find. Clean and pleasant accommodation in a nice location. A very short and pleasant walk from Pescara Centrale (Train and Bus Station) along the main pedestrianized high street of Pescara. I took a walk along the promenade after checking in (after passing some market stalls selling local produce). Check-in was easy with great and timely communication. Room and breakfast area very clean and welcoming. The breakfast was well organized. A simple continental breakfast that hit the spot with great coffee (or tea options). Would definitely stay again.

Totul a fost ok

A good place with an excellent location. There are signs (mostly rules) for everything: don’t eat in bed, don’t abuse the toilet, sit at the assigned table, use the assigned shelf in the fridge, etc. High 8’s, but not a 9.0 or above. Positives: lots of items for breakfast, mostly wrapped, but a few fresh items. With the number of bakeries in the area, there could be more. There are three little juice boxes on each assigned refrigerator shelf along with a small box of lactose free milk. Very clean. Location: super close to beach, the train station and many, many restaurants.

Plenty of email and texts, but essentially no personal contact. One can feel like your dealing with a vending machine. Check-in, check-out and completely by lock box and instructions (even a video). I never met the hosts. No nice goodbye. The biggest problem is the plumbing. If anyone does more than a no. 1 you’ll hear the plumbing system making lots of periodic noises for a while. My room had no view except that of the adjacent building.
