About this house rental
Ideally located in the heart of the scrubland, in a small village of 700 inhabitants, in the middle of the scrubland, the village and the neighborhood are very quiet.
Recent house built in 2010, Provencal style, modern, fully equipped, well insulated, on a plot of 1000 m2.
The ground: The ground is closed and sported, it includes a swimming pool of 8m x 4m in front of the terrace, rounded staircase, in angle, with terrace in gray anti-slip tiles.
To the east of the house there is a petanque court, you can also install a badminton court provided and easy to assemble. There are also snowshoes, 4 bikes and 3 scooters available.
The house: The American kitchen is very well equipped: traditional new oven and microwave, dishwasher, bar, air-conditioned lounge with flat screen TV, Xbox video games + games, books, wifi, tv free. Board games made available also.

Large terrace, barbecue and gas griddle, garden furniture 8 places, parasol, deck chairs, garden furniture by the pool.
Pets not allowed, 2 cats on site that are not invasive, they are often outside but come back to eat and drink. Croquettes are provided, Yuko and Dora are very clean and well educated, independent, they sleep outside at night. Kids love them! I do not accept people allergic to cats as well as people who do not like animals.
Attention summer rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
the last weekend of July is the votive festival in Gajan, the village comes alive for 3 days (Thursday to Sunday). This period should be avoided for those who want calm, but those who like to have fun will enjoy, there is an atmosphere of madness ...!
Gajan is located 15 km from Nîmes, Roman city, 40 km from the beaches (Grau du Roi), La Grande Motte, near Anduze, 30 minutes from Uzès, 15 minutes from Sommières, Alès, 30 minutes Montpellier, 1 hour Marseille, 1 hour from the Cevennes, 2 hours from Spain.
