About this house rental
This house, bathed in sunshine is located in the heart of lush greenery. What else do you want ? Welcome to Moussac, a village located 15 minutes from Uzès,
Shops (bakery, grocery store with butcher, press, tobacco etc ...) 5 minutes walk and supermarkets in the surrounding villages 15 minutes by car.
This real modern and contemporary holiday home has no shortage of assets: swimming in its 5m x 10m swimming pool in the heart of a landscaped garden with a breathtaking view of the old village of Moussac and its Medieval tower.
This landscaped garden is accessible directly from practically every room in the house.
A must that we have a hard time leaving.
This ground floor holiday home (160 m2) has everything planned ...
- A fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a terrace with arbor, dining table, and gas griddle.
- A living room of approximately 50 m2 with a sitting area and a dining area, air conditioned, large screen TV with all the channels available.
- Direct access from the living room in the patio but also on a covered terrace in a dominant position whose panorama on the garden and the swimming pool will not leave you indifferent.
- Sleeping areas: 1 master suite with direct access to the garden, composed of a dressing room and a bathroom with bathtub and TV, but also 2 bedrooms separated by a bathroom with shower. 2 separate toilets.
- The garden, the terraces and the patio are conducive to relaxation in the midst of its various species… let yourself be overwhelmed by the serenity of the place and the song of the birds. Opt for a nap on one of the sunbaths that sit enthroned by the pool under its large parasol.
The house is equipped with WIFI.
Everything is planned to make your stay an exceptional moment without constraints: no need to clutter your suitcases with linens, towels and beds made on arrival, everything is included in the price of your rental.
Sugar, spices and condiments, oil and vinegar, sponges, tea towels, are provided. Presence of a Nespresso coffee machine.
Forget the household chore when leaving the villa, we take care of the house maintenance.
Throughout your stay, Valérie remains at your disposal to guide you: good food, ideas for outings, or practical questions.
We provide you with golf equipment (a right-handed man series and a cart).

This is a fantastic house with a lovely garden and an excellent pool. We had no issues whatsoever during the stay and would recommend it to anyone.We arrived during the village festival which added a lot of fun in the first weekend. There were also some spectacular storms!

We’ve stayed in a lot of houses but this is one of our favourites. We had a great week! Valerie is very helpful too. Also nice to still have a bakery and supermarkt within 5 minutes.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Cigalo. The property is well set out and cared for, and it's clear that Valerie is intent on ensuring her guests have everything they need. The kitchen and utility room are very well equipped and there's plenty of space in the dining and lounge areas. The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of towels and the shower by the pool is a bonus as is the air conditioning in the villa. It's useful to have the shaded areas in the garden along with those in direct sunlight, and the pool is a good size for a decent swim.
We had not been to the area before and the villa location was a good base for exploring Provence/Le Gard. The only thing missing for us was a restaurant/bar within walking distance of the villa although Valerie is not accountable for that!
We would return if we were staying in the same area and learned from Valerie that a number of her guests are returners which is a positive sign about the property and experience that she offers.
