* A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, coffee, and trash bags (3) are provided.
* Every bed will have a fresh set of linens and a comforter or quilt. One set of towels per person is provided.
* No parking is allowed on the street per HOA rules. Two vehicles can fit in the garage and two fit in the driveway.
* A garage door opener or code is not provided to protect all guests - you can access the garage using the interior button.
* Local customer service is available 8 am-10 pm.

A beautiful property inside and out that I would highly recommend. We had 3 families with little kids staying at the property. This was a well appointed property with plenty of room for everyone and for the kids to run around and explore outside, although the backyard was not completely fenced in, and some toys/games inside would have been helpful to occupy their time during meal prep. For the size of this property a larger outdoor grill would be more suitable. The hot tub was a nice bonus for the adults to enjoy in the evening with nice larger towels available for use. Bath towels were abundant for our 3 night stay but we were short on facecloths (only one per bathroom). There was no shortage of shower supplies or paper products (toilet paper, paper towel). The kitchen had every dish and amenity that we needed to prep and cook our meals. The huge fridge/freezer made food storage easy. The additional ice maker (separate from the freezer) was a bonus. It seemed that there was a speaker system in the living /kitchen area, but we did not see any switch to use it. Despite not being able to park on the street, we had plenty of parking in the garage and driveway. The property is perfectly located in a newer area southwest of downtown Flagstaff with easy access to the I-40 and all the surrounding areas. We will definitely consider this property again if we are in the Flagstaff area.

Beautiful property, highly recommend. We stayed at the property with 3 other families for a baseball tournament and the house is very spacious and the outdoor was great for bbq, jacuzzi and relaxing by the fire pit.

This is house very spacious and beautiful! We enjoyed the fire pit had a good amount of seating and fire wood was set up upon arrival. The kitchen is amazing!! The host are extremely nice and quick to respond. Oh and the hot tub was extremely clean. 5 star would definitely book again.!
