About this apartment rental
We have completed renovating our beachfront condo with new granite counter tops, a freshly painted interior, new flooring, new appliances, and remodeled bathroom.
Our condo has one bedroom with a queen bed and two bunk beds so a total of 4 can sleep comfortably.
We are 100 yards from the sand and a short walk from the Coligny, the downtown area of Hilton Head where there are some of the best shops, restaurants and bars, including the Tiki Hut, ranked the third best beach bar in America. There are three different live bands that play daily from noon to 10 PM.
Watch dolphins swim by sitting on the couch and within a 10-minute walk, you are in the middle of Hilton Head's downtown Coligny with a variety of shops and restaurants. The famous Tiki Hut Beach Bar is just down the beach where there is daily live music and you can dine or sip a cold drink on the beach while watching or playing beach volleyball.
There are dozens of great restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and bike rentals. You don't need a car since everything you need is right outside your door.
During the peak summer season from Memorial to Labor Day, I keep weeks consistent by renting from Saturday to Saturday. Off season, we have a 3-day minimum stay.

Wonderful place to stay! Lots of little touchs that really make me feel truly welcome, landry detergent, dish soap, towels folded together, toiletries, etc. The condo was clean, and well taken care of. They had appsolutely everything I needed to cook, different sized pots and pans, all the utensils you could ever need. All the appliances, oven, stove top, toster oven, coffee maker, microwave, and a fridge of course.The property itself was nice, clean, good parking, and gated. You had to enter a code to drive in. To get beach access you also had to enter a code to get out the gate, and then use the code to get back into the property. Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely recommend to a friend. And I'm sure I'll be coming back

It was a great stay! I enjoyed the location and glad it was nearby shops and the beach access was wonderful! Me and my bf absolutely enjoyed this condo and already discussing to come back next year!

SeaSide Villas is a great location - Maybe the best on the island. It’s the reason we have stayed at this complex 5 summers in a row. This particular condo was priced very affordably for a week - Probably the best deal of any of those during the 5 years. With that being said, my few complaints were that it was a little dirty upon arrival (that was likely due to an inadequate job on the cleaning services part), it was not very spacious, and there was no dishwasher. Can’t beat it for the price though. It worked well for me and my wife, but I don’t know that any more than 2 could stay comfortably. The owner, Mike, was very good to communicate with and work with both during the booking process and when I had questions during our stay. This a great, affordable summer getaway option for a couple on HHI!
