Windsor Hills is perfect for Disney holidays. Well-kept, quiet, safe residential estate. House was very well maintained. Contact with erica was great. We felt completely comfortable. Pool very clean. We just enjoyed it. Would book it again and again. Thank you very much.

We stayed here for almost 4 weeks.
Location was great and very close to Disney. We loved the Windsor Hills Community.
Erica was great as well. Always got right back to me when I had questions.
The townhouse definitely needs work. Not newly renovated as advertised. The bar stools were not safe. Very wobbly and we were afraid they would break or someone would fall if sat on.
No storage in the kitchen at all. No place to put food away.
Pots and pans need replacing. Lots of pillows but no pillowcases. Lots of bath towels but very little hand towels and wash cloths. No extra sheets.
The place definitely needs a deep clean. There is lots of wear and tear. It is very apparent that other renters have not treated this home as their own.
We would stay at Windsor Hills again but not at this home.
