Welcome to Maison Dream at Windsor Hills(24/7 guard gated community). Our charming Disney-inspired 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse is your home away from home, providing all the modern comforts you need.
Experience the perfect vacation retreat, located just a short distance from the enchanting world of Disney. Every corner of our home is thoughtfully designed to offer a relaxing experience, ensuring your family has an unforgettable stay.

Master bedroom:
Nestle into the Mickey-inspired master bedroom, where you will find a luxurious king-size bed and a TV. Relax in the private en-suite bathroom, complete with a bathtub.
Bedroom 2 (Toy Story Room):
Step into the fun-filled Toy Story themed room featuring a bunk bed with a full bottom and a twin top, plus an additional twin-size bed. Enjoy entertainment with a TV and a newly installed PlayStation 5.
Bedroom 3 (Winnie the Pooh Room):
Snuggle into the cozy queen-size bed in our Winnie the Pooh- themed room with a TV. This room has a private bathroom with a walk in shower, conveniently located on the first floor.
Living room:
Relax in the inviting living room with a newly installed 55” smart TV and spacious sectional couch. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats 6, with 4 dining chairs and a bench.
Enjoy the view of your private plunge pool from the large windows, enhancing your stay with a touch of luxury and comfort. Please note that pool heat is not included in daily rates and pool heat is an extra charge of $30/day during your stay. Due to logistic reasons, we cannot start the pool heat after check in or stop after that.
Kitchen:
Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven and a microwave. We provide a starter pack which includes 2 dishwasher soaps, a dish soap, paper towels and garbage bags.
Baby & Children Gears:
We offer complimentary amenities including 2 strollers, 2 high chairs and 2 pack & play with fitted sheets.

- Pool Heat
Please note that pool heat is an extra charge ($30/day) and restrictions apply. This townhouse has electric pool heater which requires additional fee of $30/day during your stay. Because of logistic reasons, we cannot start pool heat after check or stop after that.
- Videos
For security purposes, there are 2 cameras at the property: at the entrance facing street and in the back for AC and pool pumps with NO pool and indoor views.
- Self Catering Accommodation
We provide a starter pack and that includes a dishwashing liquid, 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, 13 gallon size trash bag, bar soap, travel size shampoo, travel size conditioner, laundry pods. Any items beyond the pack will need to be provided by guests.

We have stayed in Windsor Hills resort a few times now and this was by far the best place we have stayed! Games and books for your kids. Plenty of room for them to play. Rope notch on cleanliness and updates. We did Disney all week but we would gladly just come for a week to stay here! 5 STARS!

This isn't our first stay at Windsor Hills. We've stayed in a number of the different properties in the community. This was our first stay at this particular condo and once again we were very satisfied. The condo was very clean and was as advertised. Aya was a gracious host and was very prompt with any questions that we had via email. The weather during our stay was less than desired for Florida weather with temperatures barely out of the 40's during the week of our visit. We purchased the pool heat and were pleasantly surprised that using the pool was quite comfortable. A nice perk considering the outside temperatures. One item to beware of staying at any of the properties in this is area, if you are returning from Disney on US 192 and turning left onto N. Old Lake Wilson Road, be aware of the traffic. The west bound traffic on 192 turning left on Old Lake Wilson backs up almost to Disney's World Drive during the evening. It adds about 30-45 mins to your drive. Very surprising considering we were there at the end of January...what we consider the "off peak" season. Otherwise, a great stay, a great condo and a gracious host. Would stay there again in the future.
