Summary:
For a home from home feeling, this wonderful Windsor Hills vacation house has all you need. This gated community has been long regarded as a top destination in the Disney area, being just 5 miles away is therefore suitable for Uber/Lyft or rideshare.
The Space:
All 3 bedrooms are masters, and the house is spacious throughout. The property has its very own private splash pool for a welcome cool off in the Florida heat, or you can take advantage of the great facilities within the Windsor Hills community. The clubhouse facilities consists of a large communal pool with separate pool with water slides and children's splash area and poolside bar, games room, gym and small convenience store. There is also a children's outdoor play area. Access to the clubhouse and its facilities is via a wristband which are available at the Welcome Center located within the Clubhouse. All members of your group will be asked for their names including under 18 in advance so we can provide the details to the resort so all can access the facilities.
There is a dedicated car parking pad with an additional two vehicles allowed. If you have more than one vehicle, there is additional parking at the end of the block for any additional or oversized vehicles.
The clubhouse is an 8 minutes or less walk away should you wish to visit and leave your car.
Guest Access:
Entire house. All the community amenities, free of charge.
Other Things to Note:
The pool may be heated for an additional $40 per day, a minimum of 3 days, and must be requested 48 hours before arrival. For last-minute requests, there is an extra $30 trip fee.

Check in was very easy and efficient, a few minor issues with property, but were resolved in a timely manner. Loved the comfort and pool at condo was great for the kids. The large pool area and activities at clubhouse were fantastic. Loved amenities at pool and great activities for kids. Lunch and drink bar were great ! Convenient for all possible stores and restaurants. Not far from Disney Springs or Disney Parks. Beautiful Area and CLEAN!

The resort had plenty of things happening for the 4th of July and so convention everything. The unit was adequate but could use a little TLC - the upstairs was wonderful the main level was a bit tired looking

Check-in information was said to be furnished 3 days before my stay. Checking was at 4 but didn’t receive my checking information until 430. Check-in information should be furnished to the renters well before checking time to avoid any anxiety not after the check-in time. I should have to send multiple emails/texts to get the information. The residents was nice and the resort was great

We stayed here at the end of May 25 and in the main, we had a lovely stay. Windsor Hills is a fantastic complex in a brilliant location with great facilities but beware, the prices in the onsite shop for essentials were really expensive so recommend you go to the Walmart 2 minutes away. The food from the snack bar was good though and reasonably priced. The townhouse had pretty much all we needed (lots of extra towels etc) and is spacious and comfortable. We had an issue the night we arrived with water leaking though the ceiling but this was rectified quickly with no further issues. Kevin is very responsive and a good bloke! The only slight negative is the standard of cleaning, particularly in the pool area, could have been better. The pool itself is clean but the walk areas around it are full of weeds growing up between the flooring and the chairs were in need of a scrub - we actually only went out there once in our whole trip when the children had an hour in the pool after visiting the parks. All the bathrooms were spotless which was great and overall the rooms were generally clean however, for example, in the downstairs bedroom there were marks that looked like food or blood on a couple of walls and the floors could have done with an additional brush/mop. Minor things which is a real shame as it let it down a bit however it did not spoil our enjoyment and overall the good outweighed the not so good
