Trash is collected every morning by HOA.

Pool and hot tub heating is available for $35 per day.
We recommend requesting pool heat at least 3 days in advance for optimal temperature upon arrival.
• Grill Rental (Optional)
A 4-burner grill is available for $105 per week, including one full propane tank.
• Additional days: $15 per day

• Starter Supplies
We provide a starter supply of trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels.
For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.

First time renting a property, we have done Disney locations and hotels previously. Would seriously consider doing it again. The property and location worked very well for us. Communication with property management excellent.

The house is in a great location in the Windsor Hills community. It is a short walk to the playground and clubhouse pool. It has a nice back yard view of a field so you don't have another house to look into. The pool and hot tub area are nice although it needs some weeding and the screen has a few small holes. The interior of the house needs a deep clean especially the baseboards and walls you can tell housekeeping only hits the "high spots". The kids bedrooms are small but the beds were comfortable. The adult rooms beds however are hard and uncomfortable, and the mattress kept slipping off the frame in one of the rooms. I tried to call the management company one day and left a message so I could bring this to their attention but they never called me back, and we were so busy at Disney World I didn't have time to try again. The house is about 15-30 from the parks depending on traffic and close to Walmart, restaurants, and other stores. This house is more 3.5 stars.
