A wonderful retreat.

Lodge was wonderful and summer house right next to the beach. Very quiet with little touches like fresh flowers and sculptured towels. Hot tub is private and a lovely bonus. Will certainly be back.

We enjoyed a lovely relaxing break in well equipped accommodation.

Very private setting and plenty of outdoor seating for sunny days. Loved being able to use the cabin overlooking the shore.

Peaceful few days away

Great Lodge for a quiet few days away. 2 minutes from beach so was great for kids exploring. A few other beaches close by as well. Pub and restaurant 5 mins walk. Would recommend 👍

Absolutely loved the location. Hot tub was a real bonus. Susan was a very responsive and helpful host. Highly recommend this unique place.

Fantastic location, very peaceful around the nature. (Birds,cows). Also, we had a great weather . Definitely the place is worth to remember and return . Hot tube was great addition to the lodge.

One down side, I didn't want to drink coffee for start , because the kettle put me off. The inside was limescaled so I had to clean it myself with vinegar to be able to use it.

Set in beautiful, peaceful location with the use of a summerhouse that provided an exceptional vista. The hot tub was great to relax in after our walks.

location was beautiful. lodge had everything we needed and was comfortable- the pictures don’t do it justice.

the hot tub didn’t work properly - it was lovely clean and warm but the jets weren’t up to much.

We had a tense/awkward time trying to locate someone to help up get into the property, after a long drive this wasn't ideal and thank goodness that was a public toilet for us to use,

The chalet was definitely superior! Everything about the accommodation was fabulous & you could tell the hosts had really put there all in to making it a place of beauty & comfort! The hot tub was lovely and the beach hut was just wow! The little book re the history of the building & places to visit was also a great addition. Loved the place, will defo be back & would defo reccomend to everyone! 🤩❤😍

nice quiet location with views of fields (not the sea), easy parking spot,nice owners (that never bothered us) short walk sun house looking over the sea/beach. fantastic hot tub was the fantastic finishing touch. we will be back.

the beach, its all shale and sinking sand/silt mud when tide is out. sandy beaches sort drive away.
