About this apartment rental
Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located on the 10th floor directly fronting the beach, you'll enjoy views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico, the jetties to the south, and unobstructed beach views to the north.
The condo complex is within 50 yards of the beach and boasts one of the largest heated pools on the island. A large grassy area is available for those wishing to take in a game of croquet, soccer or volleyball. The penthouse floor has only 3 condos and the complex offers 24-hour security. The Aquarius Condominium is located towards the southern end of the island and most local shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
Tropical colors and decorations make the space very fresh, relaxing and enjoyable.

We loved how much room was in the unit. Also access to the pool, hot tub and beach was amazing. We had a great time!

Only thing I wish was different is the limited toilet paper. For traveling from MN and the amount we paid, I would think more could be provided than 2 rolls. Also, beach towels. I didn’t have much space in my luggage and didn’t want to spend money on a beach towel. We did not go swimming into the ocean due to this.Everything else was great. Thank you,Ginette

Very easy with communicating. Listing was accurate, if not undersold the property. Great games, books, beach toys for a family's stay. Highly recommend working with Franke Rentals, the building, and the condo itself.
