Very clean condo and good communication with management, well stocked closet for beach activities. We did have an issue with check-in but I am sure it was our error (old ladies and beer!). Good location, walkable to several restaurants and shopping. My only issue is outlets in a couple of bedrooms and upstairs bathroom.

Perfect size for a big family! We had 3 couples and 4 kids and fit everyone comfortably. Would definitely stay again.

No actual cons. Anything that was questionable was quickly overlooked by the location and view. The best part about this place is that there is always a balcony in sun and always a balcony in the shade. It’s the best to be honest. Easy walking to everything and responsive hosts when messaged. The pics make it look like it’s brand new but envision more Spanish style walls and older with modern flare feel and updates. We’d stay here again. There were 6 of us so each ‘couple’ got their own bathroom and space. The upstairs bathroom is small but serves the purpose.

The location of this condo is great. The actual building is very dated and the building itself needs repair. Chunks of concrete is missing on parts of the outside. The condo itself is well decorated. The stairs to the loft are VERY narrow. It's a little dangerous if you're not in good shape. The view is spectacular. While the kitchen has plenty of pots and pans they probably need to be replaced. The beds were nice and the pillows were also good. The condo was clean. While we enjoyed our stay we probably will not stay again. I think you can find some thing newer for the same price.
