We were a group of six women ages 60-69 and had a wonderful time at Edgewater 301. The condo was very clean and property well maintained and secure. We had a couple small issues and called Franke Rental and they were always courteous and very helpful. The response time to fix the issues was beyond amazing. You can walk to basically everywhere you would need to go. Grocery store, etc. about a half mile away. Would highly recommend this unit to couples, families, and friend groups. Thanks for sharing your piece of Paradise on Earth with us!

This place was in a great location, had a great view and had a bathroom for each bedroom! The complex isn't so big that it is crazy crowded but not so small that it didn't have nice amenities. I would have liked to have smart tv's and a keyless entry but definitely not a deal breaker! loved it and thank you for sharing your home away from home with us. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay there!

The condo was perfect for our family! We had enough room for everyone and we loved that it was a short walk to the beach! Franke Rentals were amazing to work with and were easy to get ahold of! We can not wait for our next trip and hope to use Franke Rentals again!
