The Space:
This brand new redevelopment boasts high-end amenities throughout the space. Located in the prestigious Gold Coast neighborhood, your steps from the center of nightlife, restaurants, shopping, and Lake Michigan.
Everything flows around the spacious and
sophisticated living room and chef's kitchen, offering charming exposed brick walls that bring warmth and character to the space...it's perfect for entertaining.
Your spacious living room is decorated in modern contemporary art and features a large sofa, accent chairs, dining table for 10+ people, smart 55 inch TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. compatible) and bluetooth speaker for entertainment.
Attached to the dining room, the chef's kitchen is outfitted with KitchenAid gas-powered ranges, oven and microwave, restaurant sized refrigerator and freezer, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery in addition to state-of-the-art kitchen appliances including a coffee maker, toaster, amongst others.
In addition, enjoy your own large private deck with seating and dining options (outdoor furniture provided during the nice weather), truly a unique offering that is unique to Chicago.
This one of a kind luxury apartment comfortably sleeps 8+ people and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom with a king bed, full bath, outfitted with a relaxing soaking tub. The second bedroom features two full beds with an attached full bathroom and tub. Lastly, the third includes a full over full bunk bed comfortable for both children and adults, with an attached bathroom (shower). Each bedroom has its own full private bathroom. All rooms have room darkening shades, however they are not blackout blinds. Please note, while we allow 8 people to stay in this unit, there may not be 8 regular beds and allow our guests to figure out their sleeping arrangements.

Main bedroom (bedroom 1): King Bed, private bathroom with large soaking tub
Bedroom 2: Two full beds side-by-side, private bathroom with tub
Bedroom 3: One full-over-full bunk bed, private bathroom with shower
Our units are made up fresh before each guest and their group arrives. Our cleaning services that we use on all of our properties do a thorough job of cleaning all areas, focusing on high touch point areas. Each bed is striped and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are washed thoroughly after each stay.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

This property exceeded our expectations in nearly every way. The space itself was excellent, well-appointed, comfortable, and exactly as described. But the real star was the location. So much is within easy walking distance that you'll find yourself leaving the car (or the metro) behind entirely and just exploring on foot. It made for an incredibly immersive experience.One practical note: the unit is on the third floor with stairs, so if you or anyone in your group has mobility concerns or is traveling with heavy luggage, it's worth planning ahead. It wasn't a problem for us, but it's the kind of thing you appreciate knowing in advance.Overall, a fantastic stay. We'd book again without hesitation and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great base with an unbeatable location.

Great location and host was very responsive. The only issue was internet and tv. Found out as we were leaving that modem was unplugged so no tv for stay. Other than that the location was as advertised.
