This apartment has arguably the best location in all of Chicago. Located in the center of River North and Gold Coast, one block from Michigan Ave, you're steps from the center of nightlife, restaurants, shopping, and Lake Michigan.

Everything flows around the spacious and sophisticated living room and chef's kitchen, offering charming stained glass that bring warmth and character to the space...it's perfect for entertaining.
Your spacious living room is decorated in modern contemporary art and features a large sofa, accent chairs, dining table for 10+ people, smart 65 inch TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. compatible) and bluetooth speaker for entertainment.
Attached to the dining room, the kitchen is outfitted with GE gas-powered ranges, oven and microwave, restaurant sized refrigerator and freezer, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery in addition to state-of-the-art kitchen appliances including a coffee maker, toaster, amongst others. There is also a great counter top coffee nook perfect for breakfast.
This one of a kind apartment perfectly located and comfortably sleeping 10+ people and has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The main bedroom with a king bed. The second bedroom features a queen bed. Lastly, the third bedroom includes two full over full bunk beds comfortable for both children and adults. All rooms have room darkening shades, however they are not blackout blinds.

Our units are made up fresh before each guest and their group arrives. Our cleaning services that we use on all of our properties do a thorough job of cleaning all areas, focusing on high touch point areas. Each bed is striped and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are washed thoroughly after each stay.
We provide parking in a highly secure garage just a couple blocks away. The garage also accepts daily and nightly parking as well.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Location location location - what a great place in the heart of the Gold Coast. 3 blocks from lake shore drive, a few blocks from shopping and downtown museums. Definitely worth the stay.

We loved this townhouse. It was great for a family getaway for a few days. I thought the entire place was spotless. For once, I didn’t feel the need to go through and clean anything when I got there… There was plenty of food options within a few seconds of walking. Shopping is also close by. Not to mention there’s a bar just below the townhouse on the basement level! I would absolutely stay here again. The owners are quick to respond and very helpful!

Such an awesome location and great space. Right off Michigan ave but the bedrooms are placed perfectly so you don’t get a lot of noise. The kitchen was set up for fun family dinners with a really nice dining room table. The hosts were very responsive to questions and requests. The whole unit was very clean. The parking is a few blocks away but we travel to Chicago a lot and would much rather park a few blocks away in a secure parking lot for free than find way more expensive parking on our own. Overall, a great space and we will be back.

Instructions for check in and parking were perfect. The unit is just as described and very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The location was close to so much and very walkable. Some neighborhood noise but otherwise a perfect stay!
