sophisticated living room and chef's kitchen, offering charming exposed brick walls that bring warmth and character to the space...it's perfect for entertaining.
Your spacious living room is decorated in modern contemporary art and features a large sofa, accent chairs, dining table for 10+ people, smart 55 inch TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. compatible) and bluetooth speaker for entertainment.
Attached to the dining room, the chef's kitchen is outfitted with KitchenAid gas-powered ranges, oven and microwave, restaurant sized refrigerator and freezer, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery in addition to state-of-the-art kitchen appliances including a coffee maker, toaster, amongst others.
In addition, enjoy your own large private deck with seating and dining options (outdoor furniture provided during the nice weather), truly a unique offering that is unique to Chicago.
This one of a kind luxury apartment comfortably sleeps 10+ people and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom with a king bed, full bath, outfitted with a relaxing soaking tub. The second bedroom features two full beds with an attached full bathroom and tub. Lastly, the third includes a full over full bunk bed comfortable for both children and adults, with an attached bathroom (shower). Each bedroom has its own full private bathroom. All rooms have room darkening shades, however they are not blackout blinds.
Sleeping arrangements/room layout:
Main bedroom (bedroom 1): King Bed, private bathroom with large soaking tub
Bedroom 2: Two full beds side-by-side, private bathroom with tub
Bedroom 3: One full-over-full bunk bed, private bathroom with shower
Our units are made up fresh before each guest and their group arrives. Our cleaning services that we use on all of our properties do a thorough job of cleaning all areas, focusing on high touch point areas. Each bed is striped and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are washed thoroughly after each stay.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

House was clean and kept up well. Fantastic location in downtown. Check in and check out went smooth. Hosts were available if needed throughout stay. Rooftop was amazing! Will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

My sisters and I (6 total) just spent 4 days in this gorgeous penthouse suite. The communications with the owners was impeccable during the booking process, prior to our arrival, and during our stay. The location is perfect for walking access to restaurants, Whole Foods, and shopping. We felt very safe out and about in the neighborhood. We really enjoyed ending our day with cocktails on our own private rooftop with comfortable furniture to relax in. We arrived by train and this rental was less than a 20 dollar cab ride, quick and easy. We also had an excellent walking tour provided by a volunteer from Chicago Greeters. It’s the perfect location/ comfortable rental, to explore Chicago. This is a third floor spacious penthouse, which entails some steps. But hey, it’s a way to work off that great Chicago pizza!
