About this house rental
In a classified medieval site with sea view, an independent, comfortable and quiet house of 120 m2 on two levels.
The ground floor includes two bedrooms with 2 single beds in one and 1 large double bed 160cm in the other and 2 large wardrobes, a bathroom, a w. vs. independent, an entrance and a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The first floor includes a large living room of 60 m2 with a living room and satellite TV, a dining room, 1 sofa bed for 2 people, 1 bed for 1 person; an American-style kitchen and an independent paved terrace directly overlooking the park.
Household equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, gas stove with electric oven, coffee maker and all cutlery, dishes, plates, pans, pots, pans, cake pans and others.
A private tennis court and river in an area of 26 hectares of forest are available. The sandy beach of Île à Poule is 600 m away, there is a mooring ramp. The village of Pleubian, located 3 km away, has 3 banks, a post office, 3 doctors and 2 Super Markets.
