About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in an Art Nouveau villa built in 1903 on the 1st OG.
It was completely renovated and is from 1. June 2016 as a holiday apartment with approx. 92 m² for
1 - 5 people available.
Furthermore, the apartment is located directly on the bike path (Lake Constance-Königsee-Radweg) in a very quiet, central location with a beautiful view of the mountains "Hochstaufen, Zwiesel and Teisenberg".
An ideal starting point for the surrounding bathing lakes, for hikes, for cycling and mountain tours as well as for one or two excursions to Salzburg, Bad Reichenhall or the Königsee.
In the immediate vicinity of our house there are several restaurants, shops and a bus stop. Everything can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. We also offer a covered parking space and storage options for bicycles directly at the house.
A spacious, fully furnished apartment with a kitchen with dining area, a living room, two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which is still equipped with a single bed,
in addition two balconies (east and south) as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet,
Hair dryer, stereo, satellite TV, WiFi,
Included are: all additional costs (electricity etc.), towels, bed linen, toiletries, final cleaning, local tourist tax, VAT
Covered parking space directly at the house.
Non smoking house!
Pets unfortunately not allowed!
Furthermore, we would like to point out that we only rent our holiday apartment to holidaymakers / holiday guests (no fitters)!

Werner was an absolutely perfect host.
The location was wonderful, a quaint home in the countryside of Bavaria.... how can that get any better. The space was just as advertised, large and very fair in price. It was only a 15-20 (easy) minute walk to the train that would take you right into the heart of Salzburg, Austria.
Tiesdendorf with is the city of Werner's home, was so fun and extremely enjoyable. Werner made many helpful suggestions for places to eat, and they were right on. I would recommend that you should stay at his home, it was best of all the places we stayed at during our 16 days Christmas vacation. Thank you Werner.... I hope to see you again.

Such a find in such a special part of Germany. Could have stayed for weeks, driving in this superb area, dressed in its best Autumn colours. Werner and Christine are lovely hosts - warm, friendly and hospitable but totally unobtrusive. Loved the free beer at the local pub too, thanks to Werner. Totally recommend this accommodation.

Very comfortable and lovely accommodations. The village is quiet and beautiful. Full kitchen, plenty of room. Would have loved to stay longer! Would have been nice to have a little more direction about arrival and departure details (where to park upon arrival, where to leave key when leaving). There might have been these details in german but I only speak English. Enjoyed free beer at the local pub which was also a nice treat. Wi-go available only worked in the common areas not the bedroom but wasn't too much of an issue.
