Cute small apartment but very bad service and maintenance

Cute small apartment with a nice view. Silent

The bathroom door had not lock, the check in and check out was complicated. The host or the manager demanded city tax to be paid by leaving the money on the table when checking out. The check in was also complicated as the manager/host texted us and asked us to inform exactly when we will arrive and upon calling him on arrival, he was not there and the apartment was open with the keys inside, he could just told from the beginning that the check in was not complicated. Also during check in, we were all asked to enter personal details in a portal and the city card was sent to some email id in the check in form and rather not sent to the primary booking email id. The kitchen had very limited utensils and the games in the games room were all out of shape

Everything was beyond expected in the apartment. Location, views, the owner, facilities. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I loved that the place even had sauna so we could relax after a long hike in the evening. I would love to come back again!

Great location for Holliday

The owner of the property was very friendly and helpful with our needs. The communication with the property was exceptional.

The internet connection was available, but the signal was very poor in the most places of the house. We considered to go there again for home office, but that might be a concern.

Comfortable beds, lovely apartment, nice terrace for eating outside. Modern interior. The owner is really friendly and suggested a great restaurant in the mountains for dinner. Lofer is a beautiful town.

There was some noise from the traffic on the road passing the house. (we stayed in house Central)

Gute Ausstattung der Küche, bequemes Bett im großen Schlafzimmer, genug Platz für 4 Personen. Die Sauna im Keller war super.

Man muss durch das Schlafzimmer gehen, um in das Badezimmer zu kommen.

מיטות נוחות. סלון/מטבח גדולים ומרווחים. מרפסת גדולה הצופה לחוות סוסים ופרות. יש מכונת כביסה בדירה (מתלה במרפסת) ומייבש משותף במבנה. ככלל, הדירה מאובזרת היטב.

המקלחת זקוקה למעט תחזוקה. אין כיור בשירותים (שותפים ידיים במטבח/חדר מקלחת הנפרד). תהליך הכניסה לדירה נעשה בטלפון/SMS ויכול להיות מעט מורכב להבנה.

Alles wunderbar!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung! Wir haben Appartement Hinterhorn gebucht. Es war alles wunderbar! Die Lage, Zugang zur Sauna, es war sauber und sehr viel Platz, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Lage war ruhig, trotzdem konnte man Zentrum in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen und mit dem Auto in ein Paar Minuten am Lift zu sein. Wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge! Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen wieder gerne!
