About this villa rental
Placed in olive trees, holm oaks and arbutus trees, this large modern villa of 220 m2, is located in the middle of the maquis, very close to the sea, on two levels, marriage of wood and picture windows, in a tiered garden of 5000m2.
In absolute calm, the Capu Luna villa is north-south, fully air conditioned; the large heated swimming pool, 15 meters long, offers a large Bonifacian stone beach, bordered by centuries-old olive trees, an invitation to relax and unwind.
On one side, a large terrace facing the swimming pool, on the other, a balcony running all along the house, offering a splendid view of the Omu di Cagna and the Bavella needles. Large openings leading to the terraces link the exterior and interior spaces.
The contemporary and central kitchen opens onto a living room bathed in light.
At the edge of the swimming pool, the parental suite consists of a large bedroom, a dressing room and a bathroom in waxed concrete aubergine with independent toilets.
Two bedrooms have a large bay window opening onto a large balcony with a splendid view. They have access to an olive green waxed concrete bathroom and separate toilets.
The fourth bedroom, on the lower level, has an almond-waxed concrete bathroom and a private terrace.

We had another fantastic time in Corsica.This house was by far the most beautiful one we’ve ever rented on the island – and we’ve been coming here every year for almost eight years now.Benoit is an exceptionally kind host who always does his best to make the stay a special experience.We will definitely be back, if we’re allowed to.Many thanks again for a wonderful holiday!

We stayed for one week in the middle of September, a perfect combination of weather and lack of crowds. Benoit is a charming and gracious host, quite easily the best communications I've had in many years of being a VRBO client. The owner suggests meeting the property manager in the local town of Bonifacio upon arrival as the villa is tricky to find, this is good advice. We found the property location on google maps and navigated ourselves but unless you are very confident with using your car navigation system I would advise against it. If you are looking for privacy and solitude this is the place for you, very quiet and tranquil. The villa is very spacious and well equipped although the pool side umbrellas need replacing, perhaps for the next season. The pool itself is a perfect size for adult swimming or children's recreation, all surrounded by a well tended Mediterranean garden. The grounds may not be suitable for younger children or people with mobility issues, a more formal footpath from the parking area to the house would be useful as the ground is rather uneven. There are four generous bedrooms and a comfortable living space with an extensive library of "coffee table" books, a large screen TV and sophisticate HiFi system. WiFi is available but, a minor point, does not reach to all bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the "plancha" an added bonus. There are numerous restaurants in the local town and several supermarkets. There are plenty of car parks but prices vary, none particularly expensive. A visit to the "Citadel" is well worth it as a tourist attraction. Overall an excellent stay, we would return.

Benoit’s beautiful property is simply magical. An oasis of calm and serenity where we completely relaxed. Days were spent lounging around the gorgeous pool area and having long breakfasts and lunches on the balcony surrounded by 180 degree mountain views to the horizon. Sandrine the property manager was super helpful and lovely. She even helped us unpack our food when we arrived! A perfect home for a perfect family holiday. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
