Les accès pas facile de trouver aucune indication. Et chemin de terre pour y arriver il faut un 4x4.

Located in a quiet area, nice view over Sant'Amanza bay, clean bathrooms
Communication with the owner, kitchenware needs replacement, living room sofa and balcony table/chairs warn out. The big sliding door in the living room cannot be locked, only possibility is to completely put down the blinds.

Plenty of natural light, clean bathrooms
The property is multiple different units (which were not showed on Booking at the time of the booking so we were expecting to get the unit with the large pool, but instead got the small square size pool.
we messaged the host as well a week before getting to the property asking if we were getting ALSO the other small pool and they said yes, so they were aware of the general misunderstanding but decided not to mention it.
- Many of the pans, pots were unusable, dirty and scratched.
- the barbecue also was dirty and greasy and we had to wait for 3 days to get it cleaned - which still left it to be unusable.
- Some of the sliding doors do not lock so anyone could access the prosperity unless all the blinds are put down
-the Stairs inside the property are a serious safety concern, they are not well screwed and we had to skip some steps because it felt like they were too loose.
-The washing machine was full of mold and we had to run multiple cleaning cycles to try to get rid of it - unsuccessfully
-One of the AC vents loses polyester when turned on and release a weird smell.
- one of the big windows glasses was broken so we had to keep the shaded on and also had to deal with the maintenance to change it while we were having lunch.
- The sticky kitchen table mentioned in the other review is still there, it was never changed and it’s still sticky
We contacted the host multiple times via WhatsApp and sent videos of each of these issues. The maintenance person came after days asked what was the problem with the AC, literally said “BHA” and left. Came then another day to clean the barbecue, probably with some sparkling water, since it was still unusable after.
