About this cottage rental
Near the wild and unspoilt creeks of Figari. Has a large living space full foot 100 sqm.
The 5 rooms are spread over two floors:
1st level: bedroom 1 (bed 140/200); bedroom 2 (bed 140/200); bedroom 3 (180/200 bed or 2 beds of 90/200).
2nd level: bedroom 4 with balcony (120/200 bed); bedroom 5 (3 beds of 90/200 or 1 bed 180/200 + 1 bed of 90/200).
Total area of the mill 258 m². Complete renovation combining charm of the old. Old granite stones: walls, fence, stairs, mill. Metal: press, stairwell, balcony ...) and at the forefront of modernity (Insulation and glazing low emissivity, quality materials, high-end faucets, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, American refrigerator, 4k curved TV ...). Subtle decoration between industrial and contemporary style.
You can enjoy outdoor spaces for lunch in the shade of large olive trees, or under the freshness of an old plane mulberry tree, or a fig tree, but also a 75 m² terrace for relaxing aperitif in the evening.
The pool area, slightly away from the mill to preserve calm and tranquility, can be separated at will to secure the place (small children). Salt treatment and automatic pH regulation.

The house is well equipped. The children loved the cargo net above the lounge and the pool. Everywhere was well decorated and very clean. I would recommend Le Moulin to anyone.
