Property advertised as a luxury apartment. Not quite to luxury standards. Also a steep flight of stairs to access the property was not disclosed.

All good except the elevator was not working and we didn’t know that. The final stairwell and entrance to the flat were like a construction site.

First time using VRBO. Location in Mayfair was excellent. Apartment was spacious, clean, well appointed and as advertised. The hosts were easy to work with and exceptionally responsive.
