About this apartment rental
Beautiful house of 52m², very spacious and perfectly furnished. It has a bedroom with a comfortable bathroom with shower, and an equipped kitchen that gives way to the wonderful living room. There you will find a comfortable sofa that converts to a double bed, so this space becomes one for four. It has two garage spaces in the same building and all the amenities you need to feel like at home.
Thanks to the good location of this apartment, you will be able to enjoy its wide commercial and leisure office, and of its cultural part of the historic centre of Valencia. Most of its streets have kept its original structure, so you will immerse in the authentic Valencia.
Whether what you would like is to take a nice tour enjoying the city’s good weather, you have 9km of route through the urban gardens of Valencia, the old riverbed of the Jardines del Turia. At one end, you will find the zoo’s city Bioparc, where you will enter the natural habitat of various animal species. Along the way, you will find numerous leisure areas, cafes and even sports areas. At the other end of the considered lungs of the city, you will stumble upon the famous City of Arts and Sciences. This route can be done by taking a nice bike ride or walking.

Apartment was as shown and in a great location right in the centre of the old town off Reina Place. Representative was courteous and polite and still waiting when we arrived at the apartment over an hour late after getting lost.
Happy with the apartment and might be a friendly gesture to leave a fresh bottle of water in the fridge for new guests.

Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, unweit eines kleinen Supermarktes, verschiedenen Restaurants und kleinen Cafés. Vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und die große Einkaufsstraße sind schnell zu erreichen.
Das Apartment ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, und ist durch die Kochmöglichkeiten auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.
Außerdem war die Spülmaschine nicht ganz selbsterklärend, weshalb eine kurze Anleitung hilfreich wäre.
