Clean rooms, the beach was right out the back door and we loved that! Host was fast to respond. You are in the perfect spot that isn’t going to be over crowded when you are down in PCB.

Wonderful beach home in the quiet area of Laguna Beach Florida. Walking distance to Thomas donuts which was a wonderful surprise. We really enjoyed the back porch and being able to walk right down to the water from our back door. It was so nice to have two primary suites connected to bathrooms as well as the third bedroom with bunk beds in it. We plan to be back. Highly recommend! The property management company was wonderful to work with as well.

It was a nice place. The pictures are a little misleading. We were under the impression it was a separate house not a townhome. The side gate to access the beach from the front (so we could keep our sliding door locked) was almost off the hinges and boards fell off when we tried to open and close it. The boards on the back porch are also coming up where if you're not careful you'll hit your toes on them. It was a nice stay but the place could use attention. Also, for $250/ night I feel like toilet paper for the week and a few extra trash bags could be supplied so you're not bringing your whole house with you just for a week.
