The condo has an excellent location away from any large hotels so the beaches are not crowded. Walking distance to Thomas doughnuts, the carousel grocery store and a little convenience store. The condo is well stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths. Kitchen has plenty of pots and pans. Has regular coffee pot and Keurig, toaster, blender. It was nice to have extra chairs for the beach to save on packing space. I loved having the enclosed porch so I didn’t have to worry about my dog sneaking out. The pool was never crowded. But take your own chair all the chairs around the pool are broken.

The condo is well stocked with everything you and your family will need and it's very comfortable. The location at the quieter end of the beach is perfect for our family. And we were delighted to find beach chairs and toys in the deck closet for our use! Bonus! There was an issue with the air conditioning while we were there, but Mr. Dee's was quick to get it resolved and even provided an alternate place for us to sleep the night the air conditioning didn't work. That's great service!

We did enjoy our stay. The condo was decorated nicely. Dave was very nice and pleasant to talk too. They really need to check on the property to make sure it is cleaned properly between stays. There was crumbs all over the kitchen counters and floor the cabinets had food around the edges and handles. I used Clorox wipes and wiped them all down. The 1st guest room bathroom still had toothpaste on the sink and faucet. I truly don’t believe the housekeepers are doing their jobs and it is ashamed because this is a nice place.
