The property was reasonably cleanFound food in closet , nail clippings on one of sofas, beach chairs had food in pockets. Master bedroom bathroom 2 led light & vent not working & refrigerator door plastic place broken ( last year piece was beginning to come apart )I don't know if cleaning crew is slacking , also maintenance not going thru property. This is the 2nd time staying @ residence .Overall a 4 out of 5 Basically neither of the cleaning or maintenance crew doing a proper job.

We loved the location. We were attending a softball tournament in Viera and it was only a 35 minute drive from house to the fields. Also easy walk of a few blocks to the beach! Communication with Amanda was excellent and maintenance took care of things quickly, like replacing propane tank the same day that I called. Definitely would return if we have softball tournament to attend again in Viera.
