Wonderful Place wPrivate Patio Next to the Beach

The location was exactly what I needed in proximity to my favorite shoreline. Loved the modern amenities and cozy rooms. Also, the back patio was inviting and we utilized the grill.

Only thing, the shower drain needed to be screwed into place--missing screw.

Posto tranquillissimo a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e comodissimo per raggiungere il Kennedy Space Center. Perfetto per una sosta veloce ma anche per fermarsi qualche giorno in più. La struttura offre agli ospiti una lavanderia con lavatrici, asciugatrici e detersivo e un locale in cui mette a disposizione degli ospiti tutta l'attrezzatura da spiaggia: carrellino, ombrellone, sedie, tavolette da surf, giochi per i più piccoli. Assolutamente da controllare le date dei lanci dei razzi perchè dalla spiaggia di Cocoa si vedono. Noi siamo stati fortunati ed è stata un'esperienza impagabile.

Forse un po' piccolo per tre persone, più che altro perchè manca un posto per le valigie, ma tutto sommato ci si adatta.

I love the layout of the one bedroom apartment and how everything you needed for daily necessity was available

I wish there were more parking but at the same time I was able to park my car wherever I needed it and I also felt like the cleaners/ housekeeping get a little bit anxious and irritable when you take extra time to get your things out early in the morning.. which also brings me to check out time to be a little bit later like 11:00 am

La taille, pour quatre c’est impossible, c’est vraiment très petit ! Et l’emplacement au bord d’une route pas top.
