Unit 101 (first floor approx. 1200 sq ft) features 4 bedrooms - Bedroom #1 King bed with sliding glass doors providing access to covered porch area and nicely landscaped garden area. Bedroom #2 - 2 twin beds. Bedroom #3 Queen sized bed and Bedroom #4 Full sized bed. TV's in all bedrooms. Great for groups up to 8. 2 full baths with chiseled travertine tiled showers with sliding glass doors. Kitchen - all new appliances - stocked with dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffeemaker, etc. Travertine tile floors throughout with hardwood floors in all bedrooms. Granite countertops in kitchen and baths. Ceiling fans in most rooms. Living room has sliding glass doors which lead to porch area with outdoor table and grill. Full size washer/dryer available for your convenience. Brand new pillow-top mattresses on all beds. Wireless internet and cable TV provided. Parking onsite.

Location location location! Clean and comfortable. Right on the beach and we even got to see a SpaceX launch! First floor so no beach view but the access was unbeatable.

This property was perfect for our holiday family gathering. We fit comfortably with 8 people. The location is this property’s real value though - it sits right next to the beach access. Everyone can come and go to the beach as they pleased - and as the weather allowed.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house is perfect, location is perfect and we had everything we needed! This was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had.

We were disappointed in both the amount of TLC this unit needed as well safety concerns we experienced during our stay. We have privately sent the owner a listing of these issues in hopes they’ll use it to enhance the stay of their future renters. Nonetheless we enjoyed our family time together and being in close proximity to the beach. As an exciting bonus, we witnessed a shuttle take off.
