About this house rental
“Our little house on the corner” was built in 1954. We totally remodeled it this spring for short term renting. The upstairs is now a master suite and two bedrooms are on the first floor. You will not be disappointed with the style and decor. Everything is new but the hardwood refinished floors. If you are traveling through Gallia County for a wedding, reunion, party or just vacationing you will enjoy our home. No other persons will share the home with you. Bob Evans Farm Restaurant, Merry Family Winery, GreenValley Gathering Place are all just minutes away. Downtown Gallipolis is just a quick drive too.
The daily rate is for two adults and each additional adult is 25.00 per night. There is no charge for children under 16. There is a small one time cleaning fee of 35.00 for the downstairs and an additional 20.00 if upstairs is used also. This too is a one time charge.
We NOW have wi-fi!
Parking is by the yellow building on the gravel.

We had a great stay in this adorable and comfortable home. Everything was clean, cozy, and well cared for. The Christmas decorations were a lovely surprise and made it feel extra warm and welcoming.

Cute little home away from home! The bedrooms were cozy and the living room was a comfortable and relaxing place to rest after a day of exciting adventure. Beth is a great host and easy to communicate with and gave us perfect instructions!

Loved the house and location. There were challenges that were resolved quickly once we got in touch with the host.

The house was good enough for me and my 3 employees. It was clean and quiet. Don't expect luxury but the place was livable.
