A very unique 1900 s Dairy Barn converted to living quarters. This separate unit within the barn is approximately 1600 sqft with its own private entrance. Sleeps 6 comfortability. It is loaded with features such as clawfoot tub, huge master bedroom, open kitchen living. Queen size beds in master, bedroom 2 and queen sofabed. Dishwasher/Washer/Dryer. 65" TV in living room, 60/55 in bedrooms. Hot Tub, Pergola, Outside large grill ,Coi Pond. Loaded with top notch Amenities and Décor. Private Office. Firepits.
Located Close to Lake Alma and easy driving distance to Hocking Hills/Old Man s Cave, Jackson County Amish Country, Athens, Jackson, Chillicothe, multiple Lakes such as Logan, Snowden, Jackson, Katherine and many more. Many local attractions and adventures in the area. Wellston has local bike trails from the old train depot to Lake Alma.
We offer 24/7 local gym access.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund monies or relocate guests due to any of these (TV, VCR, DVD, gas log fireplace, jetted tub, hot tub, pool table, gaming system, small appliances, etc.) not working or malfunctioning. No refunds will be made for acts of God, loss of electrical power, water, air conditioning, or cable outages. In the event of a mechanical failure, we will make every effort to have all reported malfunctions corrected as promptly as possible. All our properties are privately owned.
We supply enough consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry det, trash bags etc...to get started. If you have multiple guests, long stays, or use a lot of these items be prepared to bring your own or pickup at one of the local convenience stores nearby. We do not restock these items while being rented.

We rented this wonderful place for my son and soon to be daughter-in-law to use to get ready for their wedding at the historical train depot in Wellston Ohio. The location was great! They enjoyed their stay and loved the convenience to downtown Wellston. We will definitely recommend this property to out of town family and friends!

Unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there and we didn't get much hiking and kayaking in but i couldn't have been happier with The Barn. Bed was very comfortable, had board games to play, beautiful kitchen to cook in, the hot tub was very clean, tun in the mssterbedroom

Cleanliness is wonderful. Master bed is horrific, leans towards center of bed!! TV only played DVD’s as far as I know…texted and asked but never got a response. Surroundings are terrible! Don’t go to Piggly Wiggly!! All food is rotten!! Would never go back!
