Perfect for the active visitor. Escape the heat, cold, traffic and crowds. Bring your horse to ride on the beach. Activities like kayaking, surfing, stand up paddle, bike rides, wine tasting, golf, fishing and photography. Patio furniture, umbrella, corn hole set and BBQ"s. Converted garage game room with glass garage doors and epoxy floors. Dart board, games. Close to nearby beaches and 5 minutes to Morro Bay. Walking distance to taprooms, restaurants and entertainment. $35 per pet fee. Central to Pismo Beach, Avila, San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay, Cayucos, Cambria, Big Sur. 7 day stays maximum

Location, location, location! Neil's place is located near everything! You can walk to the bay, restaurants and a coffee shop. Many nature hiking trails for birding close by, beaches are aand 35 mile drive to The Hearst Mansion in San Simeon. If you are a golfer, check out The Morro Bay Golf Course. Well maintained course with incredible views!The house was clean with a well stocked kitchen to cook. Beds were very comfortable and the back yard was secure for my dog. It was nice to have a couple of folding chairs to take to the beach and beach towels. The area is very safe with a lot of families in the neighborhood.
