ABOUT THE HOUSE
Sunny, spacious, quiet, retreat. High ceilings with lots of windows. Watch the sunrise over the hills from the open floor plan living room/dining room or curl up with a book and enjoy the beautiful light that fills this home.
With bedrooms on separate levels, each with its own adjacent bathroom, the home offers privacy and space to spread out.
Includes high speed wifi and dedicated office space.
Bright and airy kitchen upstairs with induction stove. Enjoy views of the morning fog moving over the hillside from the garden window above the sink.
Large spacious upstairs bedroom with warm afternoon light. Watch the sunset from the west facing balcony with sliver views of the bay and dunes. Includes walk in closet and attached bathroom with shower.
Cozy bedroom with queen bed downstairs with walk in closet and bathroom with tub just across the hall.
TV room downstairs has dedicated office area. There is a door to close this room off for a quiet work space.

Recently and completely renovated home. The stylish decor was perfect. Everything new and clean. The extra amenities were far above any other homes we have rented. Loved the location within walking distance of Baywood restaurants. We would stay there again!!

We spent the month of July escaping the desert heat and thoroughly enjoying our stay. This home us clean, comfortable and conveniently located, tastefully and thoughtfully put together, down to the fine details.

We were welcomed right into a very clean and comfortable home with all of the touches needed to make our stay complete. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary items to make meals easily. The beds and bedding were clean and comfortable.
Mondays farmer’s market are a short walk away and all the seasonal fruits and veggies were on display.
Because it’s centrally located, it’s easy to explore the nearby areas.
We had a great time.
