Our property was not ready by the check-in time due to staff shortages. The check-in instructions could be more clear explaining what each of the three keys/FOBs go to (the FOB to enter the front door). The location was great and so was the apartment. A little loud in the evenings as can be expected being so close to the square, but windows couldn’t be left open. Having to unlock and relock the gate to the unit was odd and seemed like a fire hazard.
