About this apartment rental
The 125-square-metre (+ a 75-square-metre terrace) 3-bedroom Apartment Sole (next to Apartment Querce) is sunny, spacious, fully furnished to a high standard and well equipped with wi-fi, air-con, hydrotherapy bath & a garage which can be rented on demand, if available. A large terrace, where you can enjoy your meals and evening drinks, surrounds the apartment and all rooms have a door to the terrace. A communal garden area is outside with flowerbeds, fountain & free parking places. There is a lift both from the garage and from the ground floor to the apartment. All shops are only a few minutes walk and at a walking distance are also the CCI, the language school Athena, and the Medieval centre of Lanciano, ancient town of art, music, traditions and fairs.10 min drive from the sea (Costa dei Trabocchi) , 30 min drive from ski resorts & the mountains (Parco della Maiella) and from The Miglianico Golf and Country Club-par 72. There are also many more other places of interest around including the hilltop village of Guardiagrele, Lago di Bomba (featuring canoeing in 2009 Mediterranean Games) and little touristic coastal villages and towns such as S. Giovanni in Venere, Vasto, ...In order to make your stay go smoothly and enjoyable the owner and her husband will be pleased to advise you about the best places to visit and can accompany you, if you wish. As the owner is a qualified teacher of Italian as a foreign Language (L2) and her husband is an architect and an excellent cook, Italian lessons, art lessons and cookery lessons can be arranged in the period October-May.

Francesca was excellent in her communication with us before and during our stay.
The place was very clean and comfortable! Close to the sea and downtown.
The only drawback is parking can be a challenge.

Our stay in Apartment Sole was a wonderful experience. The apartment was large, modern, and comfortable. The wraparound balcony is beautiful and a nice place for breakfast or just relaxing. The air conditioning did a good job keeping all of rooms cool & comfortable in early July.
Francesca & Diego were very welcoming and provided everything we needed to make our stay feel like home.
The location is close enough to the town center, but very quiet at night. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Lanciano!

Modern, clean, spacious and impeccably designed apartment in a modern building. Beautiful 10 min stroll to the centre of the city. Ample parking; restaurants and shopping within walking distance.Centrally located to all roads to beach, mountains or autostrada. Gorgeous wrap around balcony with beautiful birds chirping in the green space. Bright and airy. Wifi available throughout apartment and balcony.All has been thought out , lacking nothing. The apartment was very warm and heated thru out. Day trip to Rome was 2.5hr; Bari 3hr...Kitchen and bathrooms were conveniently stocked with basics. Hosts/owners Francesca and Diego were friendly, attentive and accommodating.
Highly recommended as a 5star alternative to a hotel.
